ANDREW GARDNER.
Owner and Master Electrician
Since starting out in the trade 15+ years ago Andrew has completed his Masters certification as well as numerous upgrading courses and additional courses in home automation etc. Andrew has quickly been recognized in the Calgary electrical industry for his tidy installs and fast efficient work ethic. Early on in his electrical career co workers knew his work. As he started Effective Electric this quickly changed to city inspectors recognizing his panels. As Andrew trained his team one by one he has always put quality first.
Andrew Gardner started Effective Electric in 2008 with the help of his wife Kristy. Since then Andrew has been dedicated to providing the very best service and quality posible while maintaining an affordable and fair price point.

Mike has been an essential part of our team since he joined us in 2012. Since that time Mike has shown a great attention to detail and strong work ethic.
Mike can be found day to day leading and directing the team on site ensuring projects are completed to the highest standards with exceptional customer service.
